TUBE FLEX is made up of two layers, each with a thickness of only 0.25 mm. This design makes it possible for even a short part to absorb expansion, compaction, and vibration. The five-layer structure includes an outer pipe for both fire-prevention and insulation against excessive thermal emission from inside to out. Safety, needless to say, is guaranteed. Our engineers have realized an integrated production system covering every step from prototyping to mass production, including the processes for production equipment and fixtures. We meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements to satisfy our customers’ wishes.
A special jig for small-radius bending of thin tubes at our manufacturing line allows us to significantly downsize the main body of the pipe. This, in turn, reduces the size of engine compartments and improves vehicle mileage.
Unique and advanced forming techniques such as hydroforming and bulging allow us to save space and simplify joint structures for much easier assembly. The ease of assembly will further strengthen the position of EGR Pipe, a product already at the center of attention for its advantages in emission control.
